J. P. MASCARO & SONS WINS EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY

Easttown Township Council awarded a new three-year trash and recycling collection contract to J. P. Mascaro & Sons. The contract valued at approximately $3.5 million dollars will serve the trash removal and recycling needs of the residents of Easttown Township, Chester County, commencing July 1, 2007.

Mascaro's Sales Director, Sam Augustine said, "We are very pleased to serve Easttown Township, we want to maintain a presence in Chester county”. Mascaro’s local Bridgeport Division will perform the twice a week collection service.

J. P. Mascaro & Sons is a local company founded and headquartered in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, and is the largest privately owned waste company in the Northeast. The company was founded by Joseph P. Mascaro, Sr. and is operated by his five sons. The company today has the benefit of an emerging third generation of family members to guide the company into the future.
