J.P. Mascaro, Sr., starting with just one truck in 1964, founded the business that has become one of the most successful fully integrated solid waste companies in the country. Our company is privately owned and operated by his five sons: Joseph, Jr., Francesco, Louis, Michael and Pasquale. We originated in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where our corporate headquarters remains.

A third generation of the Mascaro Family is now involved in managing the business. We intend to remain independent and privately owned.
