J. P. MASCARO & SONS EMPLOYEES DONATE OVER 7 TONS OF FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY
Local waste service provider, J.P. Mascaro & Sons employees spent the month of November gathering over 7 tons of food for 93.3 WMMR’s, Camp Out for Hunger Food Drive. On December 3, the employees of J.P. Mascaro & Sons came through and gathered an overabundance of food and then delivered it to the Metroplex on Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting. The company filled a twenty cubic yard dumpster to the very top with nonperishable food and drove it to Radio DJs, “Preston and Steve’s” tent at 7:30 AM. It took the food drive volunteers almost an hour and a half to unload the J.P. Mascaro & Sons Roll-off truck. Lindsay Mascaro, who headlined this project said, “ all our employees truly did a wonderful job and for that I am so grateful”.
The company’s commitment to the communities it serves goes way beyond the contracts. We are proud of our company’s contributions to the community we serve and are excited about future efforts that will continue that tradition.
