MASCARO AWARDED $3 MILLION IN NEW BUSINESS

Local waste removal company, J. P. Mascaro & Sons has won single-hauler municipal contracts in three communities totaling 3 million dollars.

Washington Township, Northampton County and Brookhaven Borough and Nether Providence Township in Delaware County make contract awards to Mascaro. Service will commence on January 1, 2012. The contracts will be served from both Mascaro’s Great Valley and Lehigh Valley Divisions. 

J.P. Mascaro & Sons is headquartered in Audubon, Montgomery County, has contracts with municipalities throughout the Delaware Valley, Lehigh Valley and Wyoming Valley regions of Pennsylvania. The privately owned, family firm has the infrastructural resources that make it a major and growing supplier of waste services to area municipalities. With the recent trend of municipalities contracting with a single hauler and switching to single stream-recycling collection to heighten recycling for the entire community, Mascaro is looking forward to and anticipating continued growth in this sector of its business.
